How shipping works

We ship from the Netherlands using tracked services. Here’s what to expect after you place an order.

  • Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of payment
  • You receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched
  • Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Shipping to other countries will be added as we grow
  • Items are packed in protective packaging suited to their condition

How returns work

Four simple steps if something isn’t right.

  1. Email us

    Within 14 days of delivery, email support@resynced.nl with your order number and the issue.

  2. We confirm

    We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address — usually on the next business day.

  3. Send it back

    Return the item in the same condition as received, with all original accessories and packaging.

  4. Refund or replacement

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue your refund to the original payment method or send a replacement.

Returns policy details

We follow Dutch and EU consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal. A few specifics to be aware of:

  • The 14-day window starts the day you receive the item
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all accessories
  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was misdescribed or damaged
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return
  • We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery
  • If the item arrives damaged or different from the listing, we cover return shipping
