Light signs of previous use, with an overall very clean look.
Expect minor surface marks or small signs of handling that do not dominate the appearance. The listing shows the actual item's wear.
Visible cosmetic wear, clearly shown and described.
Expect noticeable scratches, scuffs or marks. The product remains well presented, and the exact imperfections are described on its listing.
More pronounced cosmetic wear, fully disclosed before you buy.
Expect clear marks, scratches or dents. Photos and item-specific notes explain the wear so you can decide whether the value is right for you.
A lower grade tells you about visible wear. It does not, by itself, say anything about reliability or performance.
A grade is a quick summary. The listing's photos and notes describe the actual scratches, marks, dents, accessories and exceptions for that unit.
When a listing displays Resynced Checked, the item has been inspected and tested. The product page says what was checked and flags any exceptions. A Grade C or D item can still be Resynced Checked.
